A lovely property in a great location. Had ancient history on our doorstep & we were very lucky with the weather to explore the area. Loved the four poster bed & the cozy lounge room with window bench to sit & read in. Woken each morning to bird song & cows, fabulous. Would recommend the Kilmartin Hotel just over a mile away on foot. Good beer, amaRead morezing food (HUGE portions) & really friendly staff. Crinan Canal & Oban are a must for days out. Seafood in Oban was out of this world. Hide

Nice location for exploring a really interesting part of Scotland. Standing stones and a chambered cairn just a few hundred yards up the road. Ancient cup and ring markings on rocks a short drive away. Stunning scenery, lots of wildlife, castles. Plenty to do!
