Quiet, excellent scenery, we enjoyed a lovely week at this lovely cottage. Would definitely rebook if we are down this way again. Lots to see in local area.

Clean and well stocked cottage in a very quiet location with lovely views, but the very narrow lane from the main road was challenging at times. Karen and Colin were very friendly.

My wife and I found the cottage very comfortable and relaxing for our time there! The views is stunning! We enjoyed the walks! We did have to drive to near locations, Boscastle etc, but worth it.

We felt "home" immediately at arrival, the location was very nice, cleaned and well prepared for our visit. With the nice view to the Atlantic and quiet "country environment" we could enjoy every day in Swallows Rest. We were first time at Cornwall, but from Boscastle we could easily arrive all other locations we planned to visit, and the surroundiRead moreng is very beautiful. We went for lunch or diner many times, there are nice restaurants or bars with food in or around Boscastle. Hide

The cottage was lovely. The bathroom and shower wonderful. The huge bed was very comfy and the cottage was always very warm and cosy. The location near Boscastle was excellent with views from the lounge out to sea and toward the town. An excellent location for visiting lots of places on Cornwalls north coast. Would highly recommend the Sparrows ResRead moret. Hide

A lovely cottage in a fantastic location with stunning views. First time staying here during Christmas and I would do so again. Farm shop down the road has everything you need. You'll never want to food shop at a supermarket again A warm and friendly welcoming by the owner.

The cottage was amazing, the hosts were so kind and helpful 10/10 recommend. We have stayed at various cottages and this by far was the best. Amazing views, brilliant location and the perfect place for a relaxing romantic get away.

We had the perfect week at Swallows Rest. It is the perfect mix of feeling remote enough to escape the rest of the world, but enough going on locally for when you want to venture out and explore. Owners say hi and then leave you to it. We will be booking again!

'Swallows Rest' made a really comfortable base from which to explore the area. There is some fantastic coastal walking direct from the property and we made some lovely circular walks by coming back via, mostly, well maintained and clearly waymarked paths. We could not have hoped for better weather. The campsite on the same farm looked well worth a Read morevisit too. Hide
