This property adjoins the owners' home but privacy is assured. On entering this delightful annexe you will find yourself in the welcoming and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lovely, light lounge area is ideal for relaxation, with TV/DVD and patio doors opening onto the garden. The dining area is ideally situated, and the stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine, but it is possible to use the owner’s by arrangement. Exploring further, you will find a pretty double bedroom. There is also a wet room-style shower room, complete with WC.
