This bright and tastefully furnished apartment is an ideal holiday base in the popular village of Appledore at any time of year. With the quayside, shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries all within easy walking distance of the property, you’ll be able to leave the car parked up and can fully enjoy your stay without worrying about driving. This is a great location for walkers, with the South West Coast Path being almost on your doorstep and wild Dartmoor not far away. For sand and surf, beautiful Westward Ho! is only a five minute drive away, and offers a wide range of activities for all ages. Being in Appledore, you will be perfectly located to explore some of North Devon’s most picturesque locations including pretty Clovelly, a cliff side village which tumbles down to a harbour in a riot of cobbled streets and small cottages. For shopping, Bideford and its ancient pannier and outdoor markets are also close by.

On entering this apartment, you will be greeted to the open-plan design of the spacious lounge/diner has ample comfortable seating and a sofa bed (if guests require). Unwind in front of the TV/DVD catching up on your favourite films and TV shows. There is a range of board games and a selection of books for you to read at your leisure. For meal times, the dining area affords you enjoyable views across the Rivers Torridge and Taw to Instow and Crow Point while you eat. For those who choose to stay in and cook, the modern and well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Offering one double bedroom with a flat-screen TV and one bathroom with a power shower and WC.

This third floor apartment is warm, comfortable and well equipped. It's close to the quay and all the pubs and shops. We paid 30 in the car park at the top of Bude Street for 7 days, which was easier than looking for parking elsewhere. The area was quiet when we visited in April and the neighbours and locals were very friendly. Tip - if you're a liRead moreght sleeper and don't want to be woken by seagulls at 4am, take some earplugs! Hide

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. There are excellent views to be had across the estuary. Because the apartment is on the second floor it may not be suitable for those with any mobility issues.

Equipped comfortable apartment with great views from the living room. Great location. Parking was a nightmare we had to pay 22.50 for the week on the pay and display car park. Close to local shops, quay. lovely small village, the flat needed a good clean and update

Great location just a minutes walk from the Quay, shops and restaurants with lovely views from both the front and the back of the flat over the estuary. Unfortunately we found the property very dusty and in need of some TLC, it had obviously been a holiday let for many years and some maintenance had been overlooked. Lovely flat extremely well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from every window and in a good location. Some people may find the three flights of stairs a problem but we loved the flat.

This little flat is a little worn in places but there is everything you need and it is comfortable. The views from the lounge are lovely and although there are quite a few stairs up to the flat, you wouldnt get the view if it was a lower floor place. Appledore is really lovely with plenty of fine places to eat . We had a lovely holiday.

Lovely little flat in the centre of Appledore. Easy to get to everything and close to parking. Flat is well kept with everything you could possibly need in it. Access to a nice courtyard which will be lovely in the summer
