This property is situated in a quiet rural location in Mid Wales, on a four-acre smallholding. The town of Tregaron is five miles away from the property and is home to a good range of shops, as well as a traditional market. Just outside the town the Cors Caron Nature Reserve is set on a vast wetland site and is home to over 170 species of birds. For those who are willing to travel a little further, the Cardigan Bay coast lies some eighteen miles west of the property, a superb area to spend a few days exploring, with its beaches, coves, and seaside towns such as Aberystwyth and New Quay. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).
This property is situated next to the owner’s B&B and further holiday cottage, and yet feels secluded and private, with its own entrance and veranda. The main living area in the cottage is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a light-filled space overlooking the surrounding countryside. The lounge seating area, next to the patio doors, has a Smart TV, DVD, and CD player, as well as comfortable seating and a dining table for two. At the far end, the kitchen area offers an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. The bedroom is found on the same floor as the living area and boasts a king-size bed (can be made up as a twin on request), a dressing table, bedside table and drawers, and a shower room with a WC.
Outside, there is a spacious balcony right outside the property which offers beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, and is furnished with garden furniture and a BBQ. Beyond this, there are well-established communal gardens with a stream and wildlife pond, which make a lovely place to wander around enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, whilst paying a visit to the resident chickens. You will be able to enjoy a spot of stargazing and on a clear night you may be able to see the Milky Way.
