Nestled in a peaceful tranquil setting within Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, close by are beautiful towns of Crieff and Callander, with the cities of Stirling, Perth and Edinburgh within easy reach. These scenic surroundings combined with the variety of lochs and rivers, make this a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, with the nearby river Earn renowned for its excellent salmon and sea trout fishing. Walkers, hikers and mountains bikers are well catered for with numerous tracks, trails and mountain ranges close at hand to explore. Cyclist enthusiasts can head to Comrie Croft where they offer delivery and collection of bikes.

Walking into the entrance of the bright and welcoming lodge you will find the open plan lounge and kitchen. The bathroom is off the hall offering a shower over the bath and WC. The king-size bedroom is next door with views across the Loch.

There is a private seating area outside of the lodge with BBQ and a enclosed fenced garden area to keep dogs.

Compact but comfortable. Had everything we needed. Close to good walks for the dogs. At this time of year limited places to eat out at night.

Amazing views,stunning location and very quiet. You definitely need a car to get around as not much to do in the area. There is a small village store that is closed at 12 noon on a Wednesday as we found out. There are great walks at the back of the lodge.

Great location to explore the region, with beautiful walks nearby. Cosy cottage, superb views. Peaceful surroundings. Only thing we missed was a (affordable) place to eat out in the evening.

We had a lovely week , ideal for our two dogs, Meg and Rosie, so many different walks to explore, stunning scenery.Cottage was perfect for us, would like to return in the future to this area.

We had a fabulous week with our two dogs, with loads of lovely walks nearby . Lodge was really warm and cosy. Nice walks along the old railway line behind the lodge and around Loch Earn. Beautiful views from the lounge and bedroom and seating area outside for coffee/wine. Would love to come back one day .

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas, everything we needed and more, lovely picturesque view from the lodge and we were blessed with snow, surrounding area is lovely for walking the dog.

Absolutely cute and cosy little lodge, all the essentials, lovely views and lots of places to walk. And the lodge is very warm lovely front room heater. Would recommend cafe rubarb in Crieff and the faire tree Inn in Aberfoyle.

Lovely location overlooking Loch Earn. Very peaceful wonderful walks surrounding the Loch and area of St Fillans. Cottage ideal base for visiting the Trossachs And Perthshire. Very comfortable with all amenities.

This chalet is in a lovely position. There is a nice fenced veranda ideal for dog. The area is beautiful with wonderful view, and lots of steep hills for walks. Nearby Cumrie is well stocked with good grocer and delicatessen. It is however very quiet - no nearby pubs and only 1 good restaurant at Cumrie. The cottage we stayed in was very good for what we wanted it for as a couple with a small dog and the view we had of Loch Earn was great. There are suggestions by the owners about local walks etc, one of which we tackled - about a 14 mile round trip and other days we went further afield.

The location was excellent with beautiful views from the living areaand especially in the morning from the bedroom. My wife Elaine and I went for a nice and relaxing week and that is exactly how it was. the whole area is so scenically beautiful it is one of the nicest holidays we have had.
