Tattershall Lakes is a purpose-built holiday village with extensive grassland and woodland, along with on-site amenities (which are available at a small charge) such as lakes for watersports and fishing, an indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa and gym, plus a bar and restaurant which offers a range of entertainment throughout the season. The lakes are close to a number of Lincolnshire market towns and local attractions such as Tattershall Castle and RAF Conningsby. Plane enthusiasts will be thrilled to capture many sights of the low flying Lancaster Bomber, along with the Spitfire and Hurricane that are all based at nearby RAF Coningsby along with the Euro Fighters, whilst the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is a short drive away.

Approached via a handful of external steps you will step straight into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner providing a sociable and relaxing space with stunning views over the lake. The well-equipped kitchen area offers an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a stylish kitchen island. Relax in the lounge area in front of the TV/DVD and enjoy breakfast at the dining table, taking in those beautiful lakeside views. There are two bedrooms, on the same level, one double with en-suite shower and WC and one twin. The main bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC.

Leading outside from the lounge area leads you on to the elevated decking overlooking the fishing lake. With table and chairs this is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

ALL LEISURE FACILITIES - Leisure passes must  be arranged prior to arrival with the owner,  payment needs to be made to the owners in advance along with all guest information,  the owners will arrange for leisure passes to be issued for access to shared swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa and gym, There are  additional charges for water sports.

We have just spent a lovely fortnight at Rudd Lake Lodge, made even more enjoyable by the beautiful weather. It is lovely looking over the lodge from the lounge. The lodge was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the internet, as we expected it to be included as stated on the description of the lodge, but it is not. Tea towels anRead mored oven gloves were not provided. Only small niggles really, as we had a great time. Hide

We enjoyed our week at the lodge, which has lovely views of the lake and is comfortable and well equipped. The only drawback is that we could not get a WiFi connection in the lodge nor on the site. RAF Tornado planes fly over the site during weekdays which are noisy, but we loved to watch them from outside the lodge.

This lodge is comfortable relaxing and perfect. The view across the lake to the castle is beautiful. There are jets flying over but to be expected when this close to the base. Highly recommend this property. Clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. 5 star.
