Really wanted to like this holiday cottage but so disappointed with the dreadful state of the patio and garden. Did not expect to see uncut grass, weeds and nettles in abundance. I go to this lovely cottage for a fortnight in early September every year, always a wonderful break. The cottage is clean, warm and comfortable, and the owners are always helpful. The village is pretty (including a beautiful church with its own garden), there are great walks starting from the front door, and longer walks just a short journey away -Read more try the circular walk at Old Sodbury. Marvellous. Chipping Sodbury is a lovely market town (I recommend the Coffee Bean caf). The perfect getaway. Hide

Lovely tiny cottage (farm building conversion) with fabulous views. Its right on a couple of footpaths, and there are less than 10 houses in the hamlet so its super quiet. Only a 15 minute drive to lots of big stores though, so the best of both worlds.
