With stunning views from the private decking and hot tub, you can spend hours relaxing whilst spotting local wildlife and, on a clear night, doing a spot of stargazing. The village of Cadeleigh is nearby, as well as many pretty villages such as Bickleigh, with the River Exe meandering through it and the popular mill that offers boutique shopping and artisan foods. There is endless beautiful countryside with distinctive dark red soil being typical in this area, making it a scenic setting ideal for walking and all manner of country pursuits. There is much to see and do in the nearby town of Tiverton, which has a pretty canal offering boats for hire. Slightly further afield is the city of Exeter, with its huge variety of shops and restaurants. For history lovers Fursdon House and Gardens gives an insight into the heritage of the area.
On entering this unique and stylish pod, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area has a comfy sofa to relax on whilst taking in the mesmerising view, alternatively watch your favourite channel or movie on the Smart TV alongside the cosy wood burner. Cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen area and enjoy leisurely meals around the dining table. A step down leads into the spacious bedroom which has a super-king-size bed and far reaching countryside views. A freestanding bath sits underneath the picture window in the bedroom, where you can relax and soak up the views. There is also an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
Stepping outside is a large, decked area with private hot tub, hammock, sun loungers, charcoal BBQ and fire pit; perfect for relaxing in the tranquil surroundings. After a day’s adventures what could be nicer than stargazing from the hot tub. There is a fully fenced enclosed lawn area below the pod, ideal for your four-legged friend, and off-road parking and turning area for 2 cars. Sorry regret no children, babes in arms welcome.
