This position means you are close to the quayside where you can enjoy boat trips why not try a fantastic two-hour trip which takes visitors out to the isolated island of Lundy, with its resident seal colony and puffins. Three miles north of the town is the pretty fishing village of Appledore, where visitors can enjoy a relaxing day trip pottering around the shops, strolling along the quay, and perhaps catching the ferry across to the neighbouring village of Instow with its yacht club and beach.
Guests access this single storey property which is next to the owner’s home, yet where privacy is assured through a small porch and entering into the galley style kitchen. Well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer dryer.
