Surrounded by breath-taking countryside and rolling hill views in this Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. Visit the local Celtic goldsmith with fascinating Johnnie Armstrong gallery. Explore fantastic walking, hiking and biking routes directly from the property including Ian Landles hill, nine mile circular walk. Enjoy salmon and trout fishing on the River Teviot or the famous River Tweed. Close to the bustling town of Hawick with its excellent leisure, shopping facilities and an array of eateries to enjoy. Making this a fantastic base to explore the delights of the Scottish Borders and within touring distance of Scotland’s Capital, Cumbria and Northumberland.

Venturing onto the fully enclosed spacious decked area, your are met with this stylish luxurious micro lodge. Stepping inside this amazing lodge with magnificent countryside views, into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The bespoke well-equipped kitchen area is the perfect place to cook up a storm with two ring electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge area has a large comfy sofa where you can relax after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and perhaps enjoy a great movie or catch up with your favourite TV program, or just relax and admire the amazing views. Next is the lovely dining area with comfy seating ideal to enjoy romantic meals together. To the rear of the lodge is the lovely comfy double bed where you can relax and enjoy the immediate splendid views. Completing the accommodation is the stylish spacious shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside to the fully enclosed decked area enjoying magnificent rolling hill and countryside views over Scottish Borders, Dumfries and Galloway March Skyline and the Henry Scott Riddle monument. You will find the fantastic adjoining open fronted private house hot tub, perfect place to relax and unwind with LED lighting and splendid views. Enjoy al fresco dining and lazing evening stargazing across the surrounding wonderful landscapes, with comfortable seating area and charcoal BBQ. There is ample off-road parking available next to the lodge.

The cottage was lovely, clean and very well stocked with equipment! We had every thing we needed to cook dinner and have chill days in the hut. When we stayed, we had bad snow and a power cut, but the owners were amazing and checked in on us every couple of hours and kept us informed of how long the power would be out, they offered advice about locRead moreal towns with hot drinks! The lodge is lovely it's spotlessly clean fab views and great for the dog never saw the owners but had no need too they live a few yards away , definitely going back great as a fireworks free break for us and the dog only thing we found a bit strange no oven so a microwave with grill or oven would be great there is a toaster kettle micro and hob niRead morece and warm comfy bed and 9 miles from hawick loved it Hide

Fab little cozy lodge break! Was relaxing and peaceful. Towns close by if you need anything but dont buy anything you need to oven cook! We brought a lot back with us. Definitely would return. Hot tub was amazing and the views were stunning.

Accommodation was excellent. We especially enjoyed the wonderful views from the cabin and it had everything we needed during our stay. The perfect place for anyone looking for some peace and relaxation!! Soaking in the hot tub was lovely and the rain didn't matter as it was all undercover.

This was such a beautiful lodge. The stay was excellent and beautiful views to boot! Clean, warm and very accommodating to all you need. The weather wasn't fantastic (lot of rain) but that didn't stop us from enjoying our time. We visited Hawick, lovely place. On our last night we was blessed with clear skies. I've never seen has many stars. Would Read moredefinitely recommend for a relaxing break. Thank you. Hide

The cabin was amazing. Only 2 cabins side by side, very private with absolutely breathtaking views. Cabin was dog friendly with the cabin enclosed with decking and a gate to prevent the dog escaping and had areas in front of the cabin for the dog to have a run around. All kitchen utensils provided, everything was clean and ready on arrival. Plenty Read moreof amenities within driving distance. The lodge was perfect for what we needed. The location was peaceful and views from theodge were excellent. Our dog loved being able watch the cattle and sheep in the surrounding fields. We also found the location greater for accessing walks in the surrounding area. Loved our stay and will definitely come back.

We had a great time at Falnash. We loved every minute. The scenery was wonderful, the sheep and their lambs were a joy to watch, it was relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.

the place was toasty warm, very clean and very comfortable. sofa big enough for 2 to lie out in. the bed and pillows super comfy. the views were amazing and then from the hot tub astounding. the hot tub is a great addition it was well used. theres no hanging rail but we got our bags under the bed and we only had joggers/jumpers and t shirts anyway Read moreso not a problem. plenty of pans and utensils. just wish wed been able to use the bbq but we had changeable april weather. Lovely and clean, well presented and cozy but did look a lot bigger in photos. Wasn't much provided for the price you pay but I take it you pay extra for the hot tub experience which we did fully enjoy!

Just left from a fantastic weekend in a beautiful clean wee lodge, compact but stunning. Great location for anyone hill walking and dog walking, was fabulous for our dog who is on short lead walks at the moment . Wee trip into Hawick to pick up dog towel and throw (forgot to pack).
