When you're weary from the sea air and new sights, retreat to this welcoming property for quiet nights in before doing it all again tomorrow.

The cottage is vibrant white with thick stone walls, deep-set windows and a prominent chimney. Inside, decorative touches such as paintings, cushions and throws make it feel homely and inviting. The main space has an open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining area and lounge all in one area. Extra light enters through skylights in the roof. There's a gorgeous traditional stone fireplace with a wood burner nestled inside which you can light to keep you both cosy, plus a TV with Sky that you can watch together curled up on the sofa. Take a shower in the bathroom, resting your towel on the heated rail so it's warm when you get out, then retire to the four-poster bedroom for a restorative night's sleep.

What an absolute joy, lovely cosy cottage. Visited lots of places Fairy Glen, Neist Point Point Lighthouse and Coral Beach to name a few. Plus a few walks. We had a stag who stayed on the grounds every night and would leave in the morning what a plus.
