A stone barn that has been thoughtfully converted, this property is part of a complex of three and is situated on a working farm. Stunning panoramic views of the Black Mountains will surround you and you can easily reach popular spots around the Brecon Beacons. Crickhowell, a picturesque village in the Usk Valley is 3 miles away, where you will find excellent independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes. Head further afield to Abergavenny in 8.5 miles, Brecon in 12 miles or visit the town famous for its literature and arts, Hay-on-Wye in 18 miles. For the walking and cycling type, there are plenty of routes available right from the property, so you won’t need to use the car.

Enter the barn through a stable door where you will find plenty of space to hang coats, dog leads and take off your muddy walking boots. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is cosy and comfortable. The kitchen area has plenty of work and storage space to prepare and cook meals. A small dining table and chairs is situated next to a window, so you can admire the surrounding sights while enjoying meals. The living area has a comfy leather sofa and TV with Freeview and a DVD player for an evening in after a busy day exploring. Upstairs, you will find a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Outside the front of the property is a sunny terrace with an oak bench and table and chairs. You will be able to access an extensive range of footpaths such as the Beacons Way and the Black Mountains routes from the land surrounding the property. Super views from the patio areas. Need to be aware that it is about 2km up a very narrow road with very limited passing places, so it isn't suitable for popping in and out during the day.

Hard to imagine a cottage in a more spectacular location in the park. Very well situated too for exploring. Our dog loved it there, and the bed was extremely comfortable!
