Very comfortable and well equipped accomodation, clearly well looked after and in superb condition. With the beach being so close it is an ideal location for dog walking and enjoying invigorating sea breezes. The wi-fi was excellent and with the Joiner's Arms, a very welcoming hostelry, so close all one's needs are catered for.

Great place to stay. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Always some wildlife to watch through the windows. The chickens, runner ducks, guinea fowl, and peacocks were very entertaining. The walks, scenery and beach were amazing.

We really love the lodges at Link House Farm. It is now the second time we have stayed there, the first time in Bluebell and this time in Primrose. They are really well appointed, clean, warm, comfortable and well equipped in a lovely location. We would highly recommend them and will be staying again soon.

Lovely spacious, modern lodge, very comfortable and with all mod cons. Great design for unloading a car packed with kids and gear. The porch is a great feature and theres loads of storage in the property. The washer dryer was a huge boon during the terrible spring weather.
