The seaside town of Mablethorpe provides an array of shops, cafes, amusements and pubs to enjoy. This is the perfect base for discovering the Lincolnshire coastline alongside other coastal towns such as Grimsby, Skegness, Chapel St Lenoards and Sutton-on-Sea, with attractions nearby and why not take a day trip to Hull via the impressive Humber bridge.
Upon entering you arrive into the hallway. The cosy lounge and dining area are on the right-hand side and has everything you need to relax and unwind with your loved ones and features two comfortable sofas, a gas fire and a Smart TV. If you decide to cook up a meal, then you can all gather around the dining table which seats up to four guests. Through the patio doors you have a conservatory to relax in along with two reclining chairs which look out into the garden, so perfect for reading the newspaper in the morning with a cup of tea or simply to relax in and have a power nap after using up all your energy on the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, washing machine and fridge. As you’ll no doubt have sand on your clothes, there is a rear porch which leads to the front and the rear garden. The bathroom has a shower over bath and separate WC and the two bedrooms have a double and a single so perfect for a small family looking for a holiday home by the sea.
