For a little culture, there are many market towns worthy of a visit where you can pick up local produce from a farmers' market or browse the independent shops – Hay-on-Wye, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye and Leominster all welcome you with an eclectic range of independent shops. Or simply step back in time and visit one of the many castles or historic monuments that are dotted across this border county.

Outside there’s an enclosed area that’s perfect for entertaining, here you can enjoy dining outside with a table and chairs before a chimenea and gas BBQ. Settle beneath the stars in the private hot tub where you can relax after a day of walking. There is also handy storage shed in the garden. Free coarse fishing available on the two adjacent lakes or book a spa treatment with the owner prior to arrival with the mobile spa. There is off-road parking for three cars.
