Barton is a designated hamlet in South Warwickshire, very close to the borders of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, famous for its cider apples. Today you can savour a pint of cider, cask ales and great food in the friendly, well-named local pub, The Cottage of Content! The area is perfect for enthusiastic walkers with direct access to the open countryside along the banks of the River Avon. It is also at the centre of The Heart of England Forest, a lush green stretch of woodland stretching 7,000 acres and rustling with 1.8 million broadleaf trees and hedges. Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s birthplace, is just a few miles to the east, and a little further south is the heart of the Cotswolds with many traditional villages and market towns including Moreton-in-Marsh, Broadway and Chipping Campden.
The barn conversion is set within the grounds of the owner’s home within a peaceful location. The lobby offers access into the open-plan living space that has been finished with light colours and a contemporary twist. There are two large sofas on which you can sit back and relax whilst enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. There is a dining area with a table and chairs for four. The kitchen area is spacious and equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a downstairs separate WC. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with a full-size day bed; this room has a full-length mirror and makes a perfect dressing room. There is a shower room with a shower and WC.
Outside, you can relax in the enclosed private gardens with your personal hot tub where you can enjoy soaking whilst star gazing. There are several areas within the garden with tables and chairs for you to enjoy the sun. There is off-road parking for two cars and secure storage for two bikes.
