Lovely cosy cottage, makes a great base for exploring the area. Very close to Ironbridge, with its museums, and a short drive from Shrewsbury, which is a lovely historic town. Well equipped, warm and comfy, parking space right outside. This property is situated right in the middle of a working farm, which did mean there was not a private place to sit outside of the property. Also the property is accessed by a 1/2mile single track road with few passing places. The owners are so friendly and made us feel very at home. A great place for the 2 of us to get away for a quiet weekend in an idyllic rural location. The cottage was warm as was the welcome we received. Eating in the local community pub was a lovely friendly experience and there is lots to choose from in the area during the day.

What a location, great little cottage on a working farm, lovely setup in a little muse of 6 cottages, getting in is a trek but we'll worth it. Nothing to much trouble for the owners and Molly the dog is always willing to say hello. Perfect for ironbridge visits and surrounding areas.
