This is a lovely property set in the stunning countryside with an array of shared on-site facilities. Visit some of North Devon's stunning beaches including the seaside village of Woolacombe (9 miles) which is great for surfers and has 3 miles of golden sands. Looking for adventure, Watermouth Bay is only 2 miles away and there are water activities including coasteering and paddleboarding. Close by there is also a family theme park – Watermouth Castle, which is sure to be a fun-filled day!

This reverse-level property has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen on the first floor which makes it a lovely social place to stay. The vaulted ceiling and oak beams add to the character of this cosy property, with comfortable sofas to relax in after a day at the beach or maybe sit with your family and watch your favourite movies on the TV and DVD player. The kitchen is a real sociable place to cook up a hearty breakfast before you start your day full of adventure. It is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms downstairs on the ground floor. The first has a double bed with an en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. The family bathroom is also on this floor and has a hand-held shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside, is a cute gravelled courtyard with your own picnic table and charcoal BBQ or you can unwind at the end of the day on the spacious lawn area with outdoor seating which is shared with the other properties in the complex. Or you could head for the shared indoor heated swimming pool with sunken hot tub. Children can also play in an enclosed outdoor play area with swing basket, trampoline, baby swing and picnic benches, and there’s an indoor games barn with table tennis, pool table and table football. There are also 18 acres of gardens and paddocks to explore, making the site a real country retreat ideal for families, friends or couples alike. Guests are welcome to meet the resident donkeys and pony. Sheep and cows also graze the surrounding meadows of the farm.
