First-floor apartment with private gate access directly on to Croyde Beach, located in the perfect position for exploring the whole of the North Devon coast.

This beautifully presented apartment offers an idyllic North Devon getaway for four guests, set in the ideal location for enjoying a relaxing couples’ retreat or family frolic. This incredible Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is popular amongst holidaymakers, with keen walkers and coast lovers returning year after year. Head to the waves, which are a mere stone’s throw from the property and learn to surf with the help of one of Croyde’s many surf academies. Coasteering and other water-based activities are available too or, if you like to keep your feet dry, why not try a walk along the South West Coast Path or take a seat at the Croyde Deckchair Cinema? The beaches of Saunton Sands and Woolacombe are also close by (both 6 miles), or indulge in some retail therapy in the market town of Barnstaple (11 miles).

Whilst making your way to the apartment, enjoys the views of Croyde Bay. After taking the stairs to the first floor, the apartment welcomes you into the lounge/diner where you can find comfortable sofas, Smart TV and dining table as well as fabulous sea views. The lounge also benefits from patio doors leading onto a private balcony with seating, the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the waves lapping the beach. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and a dishwasher. Create delicious meals with local produce to feed hungry appetites. There are two bedrooms to choose from. The first is a double bedroom whilst the second is a twin. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.

As well as the private balcony with seating, enjoy the shared garden area which is laid to lawn with seating and views across Croyde beach. There is on-site parking..

Really good position for the beach. Initial problem with a leaking roof sorted as quickly as practicable. Balcony in a sunny spot but only fits two people. Needs refreshing.

Lovely apartment with beach views. Only down side is that despite it being a 2 bedroom apartment, the balcony is only big enough for 2 people to sit out. Other than that, it's great!

This is a perfect apartment for a couple or people with kids. You're right on the beach and only a 10 mins walk to the shops and a few restaurants. This makes life easy if you don't want to drive every day. We were especially surprised and grateful for the milk, bread an other supplies. We'll be back!

Really nice apartment with amazing views over Croyde Bay beach. The sloping roof in the kitchen is not so good for taller people.

Fantastic views! Well equipped apartment in a wonderful location. The only drawback was the very tiny fridge (although it had a good sized freezer compartment within it). But with only two shelves we couldnt manage with food for just the two of us - and its a four-person apartment. So unless you plan to eat out or shop daily, its a bit of a problemRead more. But overall, we had a wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment in a fabulous part of Devon. Hide

Lovely location and aspect - we were unlucky with the weather this year but Croyde had plenty to do. Kids really enjoyed the surfing. The bus was very convenient to visit other neighbouring bays. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Williamson. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Beds and sofas were really comfortable and the welcome pack was a lovely surprise. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the busy beach. Would definitely recommend for a totally chilled holiday

The apartment had lovely views on to the beach and also very comfortable.The whole complex was certainly missing the swimming pool but still a lovely place to visit.
