Located near the stunning Norfolk venue of Oxnead Hall and surrounded by glorious countryside, this single-storey barn is also less than 3 miles from the popular market town of Aylsham, an unspoilt town consisting of cobbled streets and narrow alleys offering an array of shops, restaurants, and a twice-weekly market. The farm's boundary is the River Bure which gives you the opportunity for paddleboarding and canoeing just down the road. The traditional seaside resort of Cromer (13 miles) has a sandy beach and a fabulous pier home to the Pavilion Theatre which has various shows throughout the year. You’ll also find an excellent range of independent cafes, pubs, and restaurants, many of which allow diners to enjoy freshly caught seafood. The historic cathedral city of Norwich is just 15 miles away, whilst 125 miles of beautiful, lock-free waterways that make up the famous Norfolk Broads which can be explored by hiring a boat at nearby Wroxham is just 9 miles away.
You enter this gorgeous barn conversion and find it set all on one floor which features the living space in the middle and a bedroom at each end.
