This traditional stone property is set in a tranquil spot, yet ever-popular Lyme Regis is only 1 mile away. With dark night skies and a peaceful ambience this is a great touring base. Only 0.5 miles away is Lyme Regis golf club, which is open to non-members and has a bar and restaurant or visit one of the many attractions within 9 miles, including Pecorama, Beer Caves, Seaton Tramway, Burrows Farm Gardens and River Cottage HQ.

The cottage was really clean, warm, very comfortable, exceptionally well equipped and an ideal size for two people. The peace and quiet was wonderful - no traffic or people noise, the only sounds were birdsong - fantastic, a wonderful location for visiting the many towns/attractions in the area. Sadly we were unable to undertake the many local walkRead mores in the locality as unfortunately the weather was somewhat unpredictable. Hide

This cottage had everything we needed for our short break. Fully equipped, clean and a comfortable bed. The nearby walks are easy to find and the one into Charmouth and back along the beach to Lyme Regis has spectacular views. We thoroughly recommend this cottage if you want a peaceful holiday in a gorgeous rural location.

Excellent cottage in beautiful surroundings. My husband and I stayed here for a week and found it very comfortable. Good TV and WiFi plenty of space indoors and out. The walk up the single track road isnt for everyone, but there is a park and ride directly opposite the end of the road ( weekends & school holidays) . Very close to the golf club. Morse Cottage was a very comfortable and peaceful place to stay in a lovely rural setting off the beaten track. Ideal for exploring Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coastline. The beach at Charmouth is great for swimming as the tide goes out. The local food is also mouth watering!
