Lovely, spacious flat with a really nice feel to it. Very well presented and with a great view towards the estuary. Well equipped and perfectly situated for walking into the town and to St Anne's along the estuary edge. On site parking is a definite bonus too. This was our second booking and hope to return again very soon.

This property is first class . Spotlessly clean and beautiful decor. Spacious rooms with every comfort. Beautiful welcome basket which was a added bonus .The position was ideal, in walking distance of all the shops and pubs . Opposite a scenic green ideal for walking our dogs. There isn't a beach as such at Lytham which we didn't realise when bookiRead moreng , didn't do our research! However a couple of miles up the road Lytham St Anne's has a nice beach . Beautiful apartment, very spacious, cosy and comfortable. Perfect location for shops, restaurants, pubs and exploring locally and the North West. Fabulous old fashion victorian house with comfy beds, hot water on demand and put heating on one night when temperatures dropped gosh toasty. On the front which was amazing with a bus stop 50 yards away to centre of Lytham, Lytham St Annes and Blackpool loved .. would we come back yes definately recommend.

Lovely spacious bright apartment with lovely views over the green to the water. Everything you need here, two large double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and second toilet. All well furnished and very comfortable. We didn't use the playroom in the basement. Not far from shops and restaurants, but a good walk, so not for anyone with mobility isRead moresues. The apartment went very spacious, comfortable, very clean and had homely feel. The beds were very comfy. Location was great, plenty of lovely dog walks from the doorstep. Only a short walk from the town & all its facilities. Added bonus, the Lytham music festival was on and we could listen to live music form the garden :)

The apartment is superb very clean and spacious I could get my steps in just walking from one end to the other Location is spot on and the view of the green great having a coffee and people watching All amenities are within walking distance Would definitely recommend 100% We cant wait to return already looking at availability

Booked this apartment last minute as we had a boiler problem with the place we were in it is a lovely place big light rooms very clean with everything we needed for the week easy walk to shops and cafes with plenty do do in the area will return

A property with real character: homily, well equipped and with an owner who obviously cares about the customers. In a terrific location, and Lytham is a hidden gem. If you do want to go further afield, road links are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini break.

Great views from the big bay windows. Not suitable for the less mobile. Lovely big beds, plenty of hanging space. The apartment has been fitted out adequately and tastefully. Lytham is a lovely place and a great walk for dogs.
