Staying at this lovely first-floor apartment allows visitors to immerse themselves in Shakespeare's legacy by exploring his birthplace, as well as other related sites like Anne Hathaway's Cottage and Shakespeare's Schoolroom. Beyond Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon boasts a rich cultural heritage, with historic buildings, Tudor architecture, and charming streets to explore. The town is situated on the banks of the River Avon, providing picturesque riverside walks and opportunities for boating and river cruises. Explore one of the many independent shops and enjoy food and drink in one of the traditional pubs or restaurants. Stratford is also an ideal location for guests exploring the local area, with easy access to Warwick (8.5 miles) and the idyllic Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This wonderful property is located on the first floor of a building that is split into two separate holiday lets. Head in through the private entrance and up the stairs into the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The space has been furnished with guests’ comfort in mind, with comfortable sofas in front of the Smart TV, perfect for a quiet night in with a movie. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered stay, great for guests who like to get creative. This space is finished with a dining table that will comfortably seat three. The property is all on one level and at the opposite end of the apartment, you will find the two spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a single bed and next door is a second shower room. This flexible set-up makes this property a great choice for couples, friends travelling together and small families. For larger groups, it can be booked alongside the apartment below.

Good location for walking access to the town and with the benefit of two off road car parking spaces. Good layout and comfortable accommodation, would stay again.
