Approached by a long driveway, this delightful reverse level barn nestles opposite the farmhouse and provides a fabulous holiday home ideal for discerning couples. Enjoy views over rolling hills with magnificent views out to sea. A stylish interior, together with an enclosed garden and patio area leading to a small orchard, offers privacy and peace. Berrynarbor (1.5 miles) is well served by a pub, post office and local store. Further amenities at Combe Martin (3 miles) and Ilfracombe (4 miles), offer a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Countryside and coastal walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep, or a short drive takes you to the outstanding Exmoor National Park (within 5 miles). Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde, Woolacombe and Saunton, all within 15 miles. Or visit the pretty beach of Watermouth Harbour (1 mile). Other attractions include the ancient Cliff Railway at Lynton and Lynmouth (15 miles).

The ground floor of the property offers the sleeping accommodation and bathroom, both of which are furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. The double bedroom (with room for a travel cot if required) features a Smart TV and ample storage, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC with unique tiling and ambient lighting. The ash staircase leads up to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which again provides stylish feature lighting, toasty central heating fuelled by an air source heat pump, comfy leather sofas, a Smart TV, and a window seat with fabulous views out across the surrounding fields to the sea beyond. A dining table and chairs makes for a romantic evening meal or morning coffee, and the kitchen has everything you need for hassle free mealtimes.

Heading outside from the ground floor, there is a undercover porch, and a door on one side houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The picket fence path from the front door wraps around the side of the property and up a short flight of steps to an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, making a pleasant place to enjoy a quiet drink in the sun, or an alfresco meal.
