As the night draws in, step through into the welcoming king-size bedroom. Similarly bright and airy, this bedroom features a zip-and-link bed which can be made up as two 2’6” beds on request. French doors in the lounge offer direct access to the patio, complete with a bistro set for enjoying meals alfresco. From here, enjoy the sprawling garden set to lawn or simply admire the surrounding farmland. Off-road parking is available for two cars.

Wagtail Lodge is a good place to stay in a wonderful location. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The cottage is in such s lovely location. It is so quiet and peaceful and just the ideal location for a relaxing holiday. What a gem of a find and was a perfect venue to stay. It was great that while on holiday, we had such a lovely setting to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Wagtail cottage is very well set out with all anybody could want for a relaxing break, this is the only one I have visited that has excellent cooking facilities if you should want to cook a meal, the view across the fields from the patio in very nice early morning coffe and sit and watch the birds,

A lovely little property in a peaceful location overlooking farmland and countryside. Very comfortable, well-equipped and a perfect place for exploring the Broads. The sunsets were spectacular!

Excellent place to stay, peaceful and quiet. Everything you need is there, beautiful saucepans for cooking that romantic meal, to be served up on plates and cutlery that all matches ** top of the range on all equipment, super comfy bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Wagtail Lodge. The location is ideal for exploring the North East Norfolk region. It was a very comfortable stay and everything that we needed was available in the cottage, the welcome pack was especially enjoyed. Thank you to the owners for making us feel so welcome.

what a lovely place this is, secluded in a quaint little village,everything you could ever need,and an ideal location to visit all parts of the norfolk broads,owners very helpful and appreciated the lovely goodies they left for us,book wagtail cottage and you wont be disappointed.
