Fully renovated apartment with high ceilings, quality oak flooring and original beams – a truly wonderful space for two guests to spend some romantic time together on the stunning South Devon coast. The holiday home makes up part of a newly renovated property in the heart of bustling Seaton. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and stunning gardens, you’ll always feel part of the buzz when staying right here. Spend time on the beach (less than 100 metres), take the exciting electric tram along the River Axe or follow the South West Coastal Path to discover some of the fantastic cliffs of the Jurassic Coast. Follow the same route along to the next-door village of Beer (1.5 miles), perhaps finding time to visit the Beer Quarry Caves (2.5 miles) or the village’s pretty beach. A trip in the opposite direction also leads to a local naturist beach (1.5 miles)!

Having gained access to the communal entrance hall, head on upstairs to find your apartment on the first floor. From the moment you step inside, you’ll discover that this place has been finished to the highest of standards. Contemporary fixtures and fittings are paired with clean aesthetics and up-to-date interiors. The hub of this house is its open-plan living space with a kitchen, diner and lounge all providing a spacious spot for your relaxation. Any keen chef will be pleased to crack on in the kitchen area, serving up their creation at the immediate dining table. Peaceful nights in await when you sink into the sofa or armchair, switching on the TV to catch up with your much-loved shows. You only have to ascend the spiral staircase to access the king-size bedroom on the mezzanine floor. This generous space boasts clean carpets, plenty of storage space and an extremely comfortable bed. Head back downstairs to find the property’s stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Really lovely, stylish apartment, in the heart of Seaton and a stones throw from the sea. Great location and lots to do in the area. We found parking a little tricky and the spiral staircase wouldn't be ideal for a less mobile couple.

Very convenient location near to sea front, restaurants and bus stop. Can't fault the comfort and the facilities available. Wouldn't recommend to anyone less fit as they might find the spiral staircase a little tricky.

the location was in the town square of Seaton. It isn't noisy. Seaton is much quieter than other nearby seaside towns.

Although parking is covered by a permit, its not ideal. Bathroom downstairs encountering a spiral staircase is a little tricky during the night. Very clean and well equipped.
