The Broads National Park (10 miles) makes a fabulous day out. With its unique network of waterways and riverside paths, it’s a haven for walkers and wildlife enthusiasts. Alternatively, take a ferry trip from Morston Quay (22 miles) to Blakeney Point to visit England’s largest colony of grey seals.

There’s also a handy washing machine/dryer to deal with all your beach gear.
