The unspoilt village of Warslow is located in the Peak District, with moorlands and woodlands just a little under a mile away and the Manifold Walk is just over a mile from your door. There is an 18th Century Coaching Inn that offers good food and real ale sitting 100 metres from your door. If you venture to the top of the village, then you will be rewarded with the incredible views of Ecton Hill and the beautiful valleys that surround this village. Thor's Cave is just a little over 3 miles away and offers an adventurous exploration inside the natural cavern set in a steep limestone crag in the Peak District. Hartington with an ice cream parlour, cheese shop, circular walks, pubs and cafes, is a little hive of activity and Wetton Mill has a quaint tea room and wonderful views both within a 3-mile radius.
The cottage itself is one of a pair of old farm workers' cottage, that has been lovingly restored to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for two. Walking inside, there is an area for you to leave your coats and shoes before moving into a lovely sitting room with wood burning fire, a Freeview TV, and a large sofa with throws and cushions, which invites you to sink in and relax, perfect for those cosy evenings in after a day of exploring. The kitchen offers wonderful views of the open countryside at the back, and you are met with a well-equipped space, with original stone features and a breakfast bar. Upstairs there is a shower room, and a good-sized bedroom which offers a king-size bed, a Freeview TV, a dressing table, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Outside is a large garden area with outdoor furniture and incredible views. This is the perfect space to sit and relax and enjoy alfresco dining in this peaceful location.
