There is local shopping in the village store and at the Pluckley Farm Shop. Dering Woods (1 mile) is an ancient semi-natural woodland and is a nature lover’s dream with an amazing array of plants and wildlife. Further afield, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens is 9 miles away, or visit Leeds Castle (12 miles). For local wines, ciders, and apple juice, pop over to Biddenden Vineyards (8 miles) for a tour and tasting.
This property is in the owner’s garden, next to their barn, but enjoys its own patio and garden space. The front door opens into the spacious open-plan living room and dining area, and is dominated by a Smart TV. There is also a velvet chair and footstool, perfect for a quiet read, and a dining table with chairs in front of the bi-folding doors, opening out into the lovely garden with far-reaching countryside views. The kitchen has fitted units and is well equipped for preparing meals, and even has a dual air fryer. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a large rainfall shower head over a bath and WC. Upstairs, you will find the wonderful bedroom with a king-size bed, pretty windows and great views.
