This delightful property lies near Kirkby Lonsdale, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering plenty of attractions including the River Lune and Ruskin's View (within 1.5 miles). The medieval Devil's Bridge (1 mile) spans the river. With a range of riverside and country walks in the area, why not enjoy a picnic on a nice day and watch the world go by? There is a market held every Thursday in the town square with some lovely local produce on offer. The town also offers a range of pubs, shops, and eateries. With easy access to the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales, it is the perfect location for lovers of the outdoors. Walks are available from your front door and it is a great area for cyclists too as there are lots of cycle tracks and routes to explore.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed into a hallway before entering the spacious lounge. With an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, this space is the perfect place to enjoy meals together while taking in the panoramic views or evenings cosied up with a film. On the same floor you can find the double bedroom and wet room. Heading upstairs, you can find a cosy reading nook, perfect for an evening with your favourite novel.

Outside you can make use of the patio area and enjoy dinners al fresco with uninterrupted westerly view of the fells. Lovely holiday home with everything you need, the addition of the on site leisure facilities a real bonus. Ideal location to explore the Yorkshire Dales, Howgills & Lake District. Clean and comfortable, would highly recommend. Thank you to the owners for there hard work and great communication.
