A very cute cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us and our cocker spaniel. Nice secure garden where you can sit on the decking area and look at the sea. Good parking on site. We were made very welcome.

Beautifully located, gorgeous cosy cottage, only a few yards from Newberry beach. The owners made us feel so welcome, with Lardy cake, beers and Prosecco, and we would highly recommend a stay here.

A cosy little cottage in a peaceful location within earshot of the sea. Well equipped little kitchen area and lounge downstairs. Upstairs the bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and down a few steps (mind your head!) is a bathroom, and also a very useful boot room with a back door leading to the small deck area. The welcome pack of lardy cake, milkRead more, Prosecco and lager was much appreciated. Make sure one dinner is from the chip shop - great chips! Great location for walking holidays, or rockpooling on the beach. Combe Martin is a sweet, old fashioned sort of seaside town, which even in August was not too busy. Hide

A very small, but well appointed cottage. The very friendly owners have maximised the space available to good effect, very well equipped. The position just above a dog friendly beach was lovely, as was finding, beer, a bottle of fizz and a gorgeous Lardy cake awaiting us in the cottage!

This property is perfectly located as our dog could enjoy the beach as we were 2min walk from the beach which allowed dogs. The property was well appointed and very traditionally footage. The cottage is beautifully decorated.
