This contemporary apartment is situated within the vibrant village of Brockenhurst, right in the heart of the New Forest, home to ponies, deer, donkeys and cows. A fun packed day for all the families awaits, head out to explore what’s on offer here, just watch out for those ponies. Cycling is a popular choice to explore the nearby areas, however you can also hop on a train to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Bournemouth and Sandbanks just a short train journey away. There are many a country pub to choose from in the New Forest, however you have the benefit of the villages wine bar below.

This loft apartment benefits an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is a wonderfully social space featuring patio doors out onto the shared roof top terrace. Cosy up on the sofa around the TV in the lounge and enjoy your favourite film. The kitchen area overlooking the roof terrace is the ideal place to enjoy  each other’s company, after a fun-packed day exploring the local area. The kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine, you have everything you need here to cook up a lovely meal for everyone to sit and gather around the dining table. There are two double bedrooms and a shower room with shower and WC.

The shared rooftop terrace is a wonderful space to sit out and enjoy either an early morning coffee or some al fresco dining after a fun-packed day out exploring the delights and beauty of the New Forest. Permit parking for the neighbouring car park is available on arrival.

We loved it there and will definitely be back. Friendly staff, with a big bonus of a parking card belonging to the appartment for use in many New Forest car parks.

Larger than it appears in the photographs. Well furnished and kitted out, central location in the village. Situated obove a bar but music finished early enough and wasn't really intrusive. Steep stairs for access, something to be aware of. We would happily stay again.

Loved the apartment and great facilities to make you feel at home. Right in the village and for the four days we were there we never needed to use the car as the grocery shops, restaurants and station was in easy walking distance. Received a warm welcome on arrival, the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Bedroom layout meant both rooms were spacious. Parking was easy and the parking clock worked well, we used it in other car parks as well. The location is brilliant. Next to and opposite two small but well stocked supermarkets, plus traditional butchers (also sell fRead moreish), amazing bakers and grocers. Quick to get to the places we wanted. This is the third time we have stayed in this accommodation. It is always so clean & comfortable & having the cake shop opposite is such a bonus! Lovely walks into the forest as well without using the car.

We loved the apartment and it worked fantastically for us. We were two adults with a double bedroom each. The place was beautifully clean and well equipped. The parking permit being valid for car parks throughout the New Forest was a bonus. Although we were unaffected by the following, the stairs are steep, the living area would be tight for 4 peopRead morele and noise from the wine bar may be a problem for some. Wonderfully located in Brockenhurst with plenty of space inside. Be aware that steep metal steps, used as a fire escape, are the only means of entry in to and out of the flat.

We loved the apartment, it has been beautifully decorated and has a modern finish. The kitchen area is more than sufficient for self catering and my husband liked the coffee machine. The local shops and restaurants were very handy too and lots of choice for eating out.

Cottage was clean and well furnished. The main thing to note is it is above a bar which on our first night (a Tuesday) was very loud music till midnight despite not being busy. After speaking to the staff and owners in the morning they did ensure the music was turned down and off come 9pm. Lovely little flat above the Commoners bar. Great location with a few restaurants and pubs nearby with access to nice walks through the new forest. We'd stay again! Thanks.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Not recommended if you prefer a quiet evening, as the walls were thin. Next door and upstairs neighbours were heard at all hours. The bar downstairs played music until midnight every night. Also not a great area for vegan/vegetarians, very few local places offered more than one option.

An amazing holiday, the property is above the commoners bar, every night we were in the bar, locals and staff were all friendly, look out for Colin the dog! Parking is easy, two shops near by, very helpful for bits and pieces. Beaulieu close by, which is a nice morning or afternoon out. Breakfast in the patio area was awesome, catches the sunrise, Read moregood place to chill out. Property was clean and tidy, has WiFi from the bar below, clear instructions in the property. Very clean well kept property. Nice and modern and could tell it has been taken care of. Bed was super comfy and was lovely to be able to have breakfast out on the terrace every morning. Would definitely recommend to the point I am planning another stay here later in the year.

I booked this apartment without reading any reviews. Once I read some, I was very apprehensive about noise from the wine bar. There is a little so if you want to have an a siesta it may not suit, but between 11pm and 8.30am its silent. We were there midweek in early February.
