This contemporary loft apartment is a great place for families and couples alike, even your four-legged friends will enjoy it here. Located in Brockenhurst; a bustling village in the heart of the New Forest, there is so much to see close by. Take a walk and explore the local area or cycle if you’d prefer, you can even hop on a train and enjoy a beach day out nearby, at the sandy beaches of Bournemouth and Sandbanks.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a wonderfully social space, benefitting patio doors out onto the shared roof top terrace. It’s the ideal place to gather and enjoy your evening after a fun-packed day exploring the local area. Gather round the TV in the lounge and enjoy your favourite film cosied up on the sofa. The kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee pod machine. This is the place to cook up a storm and enjoy either around the dining table or out on the roof top terrace. Both bedrooms have double beds and the shower room with shower and WC completed this space.

The shared roof top terrace, accessible from the lounge, is a wonderful spot to sit out and enjoy some al fresco dining. Why not pop an order into the wine bar below you are on holiday. Permit parking for the neighbouring car park is available on arrival.

Great apartment, clean and comfortable. Staff in the wine bar below were really helpful. Location is very central in Brockenhurst, only negative was the noise from the road in the morning (delivery lorries) and bar at closing time, but overall would recommend this as a play to stay.

Another amazing stay at Commoners accommodation our 2nd stay this year. Right in the heart of Brockenhurst where we walked into the forest & also got the open top bus so our drivers got the benefit of seeing the forest as well. A major bonus as well staying here is the cake shop just down the road which does the most amazing cakes!

A beautiful clean apartment in the heart of Brockenhurst. Could not fault the holiday. All I would say is be aware of steep steps up to the apartment.

The accommodation was the perfect configuration for me and my 21 year old son to share for a week while visiting family. The fixtures and fittings are good quality and well thought out, the beds are really comfortable and we slept well. But only when the pub shut. Apart from the music playing from the wine bar until about midnight, the appartment was great. the noise of a delivery woke us early but i have no complaints regarding the apartment at all

Beautiful apartment. Very cosy with lovely furnishings. Music from the bar downstairs continued until quite late. However, is a lovely bar and we should have been down there really. Could do with a toaster.

A great location. If you are on the first floor you will hear the noise from the wine bar underneath. This went on till 1am on the Saturday night. Handy for shops and parking and central to the New Forest

The apartment is located in the middle of town and it is spacious and comfortable, if a bit noisy (deliveries early mornings and music from the pub at late night). We got a bit annoyed with the service though, as the doors giving onto the terrace on our apartment did not lock and although we reported the ussue as soon as we arrived, noone showed upRead more to fix them for the 4 nights we stayed, which meant anyboby could have come in while we were away or at night and steal stuff if they wanted. Arrived to old coffee pod left in the coffee machine from previous people also a bag of ice cubes left in the freezer obviously not checked properly, no toaster which I thought would be a standard item in self catering accommodation & the oven had no symbols left on it for us to know if we had turned the oven/grill on & what temperature, also as a Read morepet friendly accommodation I think a gate is needed at the top of stairs on the terrace. The property was very good the only very small negative was a gate at top of external stairs would be good to make more secure for our puppy.

Great location. Two of us and a dog were very comfortable. Very useful being provided with parking permit, to park right behind the flats, so access is easy.

Lovely clean and spacious bedrooms, modern amenities and free parking. Booking etc was easy and fuss free. Great location with lots of great food options on your doorstep. Wine bar downstairs plays loud music early in the morning which can be a bother.
